New York City Next Week 9/7/18

I'm excited to finally return to NYC to make up for my cancelled show at the 55 Bar this past June. I'm coming with an ace band that includes Lee Falco on drums and vocals, Brandon Morrison on bass and vocals (both of Donald Fagen's Nightflyers) and Adam Levy on guitar. Adam's playing always elevates the musical situation and it is a rare honor to get to play with him these days as he is in high demand. Lately, he's been playing on Vulfpeck records, Joe Henry records and oh so much more. You can also hear his work on "Easy Prey" -- a highlight of that record. We will be pulling out most of the tables in room 3 of Rockwood Music Hall and playing a high-energy rocking show down there. Also....special guest, Melissa Ahern will be joining us! Midwest Tour Wrap-up

Andy and I had a great time this past week playing shows in Iowa, Illinois and Michigan. Thanks to everyone that came out including all our new fans in Cedar Rapids -- "Wake up and smell the Crunchberries!"
